Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom or reduced motion.
What we aim for
We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
What we've checked
- Automated checks (axe-core, WCAG 2.2 AA and best-practice rules) on every page, in English and Spanish, with no problems reported on October 25, 2026.
- Keyboard use: every link and button can be reached with Tab, in a logical order, and shows a visible focus outline. The Escape key skips the opening animation.
- Motion: the opening animation can be skipped, there's a "Pause animations" button at the bottom of the page, and the site follows your device's "reduce motion" setting.
- Layout on computers and phones (1440, 390 and 320 pixels wide, which matches 400% zoom), with text made 200% bigger, and with wider text spacing, in Chrome. Nothing is cut off or needs sideways scrolling.
- Each page is marked with its language, so screen readers read Spanish pages with a Spanish voice.
- The request form opens in a pop-up you can use with the keyboard alone: every box has a label, mistakes are explained in words next to the box and in a list at the top, Escape closes it, and you land back where you were.
- No outside scripts, trackers or widgets.
Known limitations
- We haven't yet tested this site with a screen reader (such as VoiceOver or NVDA) or on physical phones.
- The moving example gallery is decorative and can be paused with the "Pause animations" button. The same information is written below it.
